Concierge Nurse Consulting was founded to fill a gap: catastrophically injured beneficiaries deserve a clinical partner whose only job is to translate between the medical, legal, and financial worlds that shape their care.

Ellen Glavin, BSN, RN, CLNC

Co-Founder

Ellen Glavin is an experienced nurse leader, care manager, and legal nurse consultant with more than 42 years of expertise in pediatric and geriatric care. She specializes in supporting medically fragile children, older adults, and families navigating complex healthcare needs through care coordination, advocacy, discharge planning, and access to medical services and resources. Ellen also provides legal consulting, medical record review, expert testimony, and clinical risk management services.

Janet Belford, MSN, RN, CLNC

Co-Founder

Janet is an experienced nurse care manager, patient advocate, and legal nurse consultant with 35 years experience specializing in complex and catastrophically injured cases. She supports clients and families through care coordination, healthcare navigation, advocacy, resources, knowledge of benefit programs, and medical report preparation. Her background also includes adult and pediatric critical care, home care, hospice leadership, pediatric hospice program development, hospital relations, staff education, and patient advocacy.

Every family we serve has already been through more than most people will in a lifetime. Our job is to make the next chapter steadier — through in-person assessments, transparent reporting, and a phone that gets picked up.

We serve beneficiaries across primary across PA, NJ, DE, NY, MD, DC (other regions reviewed on case by case basis) and we work directly with corporate and individual trustees to make sure every dollar spent from the trust maps to a documented clinical need.
